Impact Roofing Solutions reroofs and repairs homes and commercial buildings across West Auckland, from Avondale and New Lynn through Henderson and Te Atatū to Massey, Hobsonville and out to Kumeu. Recent work out west includes a full reroof in Titirangi in COLORCOTE® ZinaCore BB900 and a commercial roof replacement in Henderson over two operating businesses.
West Auckland roofs have their own pattern: bush-shaded homes in Titirangi, Laingholm and the Waitākere foothills where moss, lichen and tree debris shorten a roof's life; 1960s to 80s homes in Henderson, Glen Eden and Te Atatū with original corrugate or Decramastic tiles; and newer subdivisions in Hobsonville, West Harbour and Massey where the first round of real maintenance is now due.

What's different here
Shade, moss and debris. Under the bush canopy around Titirangi, Laingholm and Oratia, roofs stay damp and collect leaf litter. Regular washing and clear gutters matter more here than almost anywhere else in Auckland, and they're a condition of most manufacturer warranties.
Harbour exposure. Te Atatū Peninsula, West Harbour and Hobsonville Point face the upper harbour. Properties close to the water sit in higher corrosion zones, which affects material choice and warranty terms.
Commercial roofs. Henderson, Lincoln Road and the Hobsonville business areas have plenty of older commercial roofs with clearlights and internal gutters. We stage this work so the businesses underneath keep trading.
