Leak investigations are different: you're asking us to find a problem, not to price a defined job, so there may be a call-out fee, which is set out on our leak repairs page. It's still worth enquiring, because there are times when the cause is clear enough that there's no charge. Some commercial replacements and high-end architectural projects take a lot of work to price properly, and may need to be quoted on a paid basis. We'd agree that with you first.

We start with an internal assessment, gathering what we can about the property online. Our admin team reviews the enquiry, then one of our assessors looks at it and calls you to gather more detail and work out how we can help. Yes. The owners and directors of Impact Roofing are Licensed Building Practitioners and qualified roofers who keep up to date with the NZ Metal Roofing Manufacturers Code of Practice and Building Code performance requirements. We also carry our own public liability insurance.

We'll call you and go through the next steps. If the job is over $30,000 we'll provide a building contract to sign. Under that, the payment schedule is already set out in the quote, so we just need to agree dates. From there we confirm colours where they're needed, book you into the schedule and tell you what happens on the day. You'll always know where things stand and what's been done.
