Impact Roofing Solutions roofs homes across the North Shore, from Devonport, Takapuna and Milford up through the East Coast Bays to Long Bay, Albany and Greenhithe. We reroof established homes in long-run corrugate and trapezoidal, and install standing seam and tray roofing on architectural new builds and renovations.
The Shore is where product choice matters most. Many homes sit within a few hundred metres of the sea, where salt spray puts roofs into the highest corrosion zones. We check your exposure zone before we quote and specify a COLORSTEEL® or COLORCOTE® product warranted for it, with fixings and flashings to match.
Recent Shore projects include a metal-tile-to-corrugate conversion near the coast in Milford, a reroof with solar in Hillcrest, and commercial roof replacements in Rosedale and Glenfield. From our Onehunga base we're across the bridge in good time for site visits, and we work alongside architects and builders as well as homeowners.

What's different here
Marine corrosion. Milford, Takapuna, Devonport and the East Coast Bays are exposed to sea spray. We check your exposure zone before quoting, because it decides which products are warranted and for how long. Sheltered areas that rain doesn't rinse need regular washing to keep that warranty.
Architectural homes. Clifftop and beachfront homes often have low-pitch roofs, standing seam or tray profiles, parapets and internal gutters. Those details leave little margin for error, so we go through the drawings and flashing details before anything is ordered.
1960s and 70s housing. Glenfield, Hillcrest, Forrest Hill and Sunnynook have a lot of weatherboard and brick homes from that era with original roofs now well past their expected life. These are straightforward reroofs where we also check the insulation and ventilation while the roof is off.
Albany and Rosedale commercial. Warehouses and office buildings with internal gutters, clearlights and rooftop HVAC. We plan around tenants, coordinate the HVAC lifts and keep the building weathertight through the job.
