Metal Tile to Corrugate Reroof

0.55 BMT COLORCOTE® MagnaFlow corrugate, Grey Friars

A failing metal tile roof converted to corrugate on new treated timber purlins, with two new VELUX skylights and larger 125 box gutters.

A metal tile to corrugate conversion on a home near the coast in Milford. The old roof was failing: nail fixings were loosening and tiles were flapping around. The existing guttering was too small and had built up with debris, so the outlets were being overloaded.

We removed the old tiles, installed new treated timber purlins to the manufacturer's specification, and laid 0.55 BMT COLORCOTE® MagnaFlow corrugate in Grey Friars.

We installed two new fixed VELUX skylights with custom-designed flashings, and coordinated the builders, plasterers and painters on the job. There was also some minor building work to the cladding on the Dutch gable ends.

Around the outside of the house, we installed 125 box gutters with larger outlets to increase the gutter capacity.
