Sandstone Grey Styleline, with custom flashings around the existing skylights
An older roof with leak issues replaced, with custom flashings made so the existing skylights could be reused.
A roof replacement on this Kohimarama home in the Eastern Bays. The old roofing iron was getting on and had started having leak issues, so we took it off and replaced it with a new roof.
The new roof is 0.55 BMT COLORCOTE® MagnaFlow Styleline in Sandstone Grey. We also installed new Sandstone Grey COLORSTEEL® quarter round spouting to match.
The existing skylights were in good condition and fine to reuse, so we made custom flashings to fit around each one rather than replacing them.
This was a really nice job. The house has views across the harbour to Rangitoto Island, and Sandstone Grey suits both the property and the area. It's a lighter colour, so it reflects a good amount of light off the roof.
